Job Responsibility
The job description of an administrative and operation intern typically includes:
- Coordinate the entire recruitment process including screening, interview, selection and orientation (recruitment)
written and verbal communication
- Learning administrative, operation and customer service skills
- Providing support to staff members in other departments as needed
- Collaborating with other members of the team.
- Performing clerical tasks such as filing, scanning documents into an electronic system, and
making copies of documents
- Assisting in the design and implementation of new procedures to create and file records
efficiently
- Ability to multitask as and when required.
- General/Other administrative duties as required.
Job Requirements
- Willing to work in SS2, Petaling Jaya.
- Diploma/ degree in marketing, business admin or similar may be required.
Pay: RM800.00 - RM1,000.00 per month
