Admin Executive
Key Responsibilities:
- Organize, maintain, and sort physical and digital documents systematically.
- Prepare, scan, photocopy, and distribute documents as required by Management and departments.
- Perform accurate data entry and update information into computer systems, databases, and spreadsheets.
- Provide general administrative and clerical support for daily office operations.
- Handle and monitor FOMEMA renewal processes and related documentation.
- Maintain proper filing systems for records, agreements, contracts, and company documents.
- Ensure all documents are updated, properly recorded, and easily accessible when required.
- Assist in preparing reports, letters, and administrative correspondence.
- Coordinate with internal departments and external parties regarding administrative matters.
- Monitor office supplies and ensure smooth administrative workflow within the office.
- Support Management with ad-hoc administrative duties and assignments as required.
Qualifications & Requirements:
- Fresh graduates are encouraged to apply, preferably in Business Administration or a related field.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Outlook).
- Possess good organizational and time management skills with strong attention to detail.
- Able to work independently as well as collaboratively within a team environment.
- Positive working attitude, willingness to learn, and good communication skills.
- Ability to handle confidential information professionally and responsibly.

Pay: RM2,000.00 - RM3,000.00 per month
