Location : Careclinics (First Medicare), Semenyih Selangor
Job Responsibilities
- Manage the daily operations of the clinic branch to ensure efficient workflow and high service standards.
- Coordinate appointment scheduling, patient registration, and front-desk activities.
- Supervise administrative staff and support smooth communication between doctors, nurses, and patients.
- Ensure excellent customer service and handle patient inquiries, feedback, and complaints professionally.
- Monitor clinic cleanliness, safety, and compliance with healthcare regulations and company policies.
- Maintain proper records, reports, inventory, and documentation related to clinic operations.
- Assist in staff scheduling, attendance monitoring, and performance coordination.
- Support sales and marketing activities, including health campaigns, promotions, and patient engagement initiatives.
- Monitor branch performance, revenue targets, and operational costs.
- Ensure adequate stock levels of medical supplies and coordinate with vendors when necessary.
- Prepare operational reports and submit updates to management regularly.
- Assist management in implementing new procedures, systems, or business strategies.
Requirements
- Diploma or Degree in Business Administration, Healthcare Management, Nursing, Medical Assistant or related field.
- Experience in clinic, healthcare, or customer service operations is an advantage.
- Strong leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office and clinic management systems.
- Ability to multitask and work in a fast-paced environment.
Pay: RM2,000.00 - RM2,500.00 per month
