Job Overview:

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Warehouse Operations Executive to oversee the daily operations of our warehouse in FMCG industry. The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing inventory, ensuring efficient storage and distribution of FMCG products, and maintaining a safe and orderly warehouse environment. This role is critical in ensuring the smooth flow of goods from suppliers to customers, with a focus on optimizing warehouse processes and improving overall efficiency.

Job Responsibilities:

Inventory Management:

• Monitor and manage inventory levels, ensuring accurate stock records and timely replenishment.
• Conduct regular inventory audits and cycle counts to maintain inventory accuracy.
• Coordinate with procurement and production teams to forecast inventory needs and minimize stock discrepancies.

Warehouse Operations:

• Oversee the receiving, storage, and dispatching of products, ensuring all operations are carried out efficiently and safely.
• Implement and maintain warehouse procedures and policies to optimize space utilization, reduce waste, and improve workflow.
• Manage the arrangement and organization of products in the warehouse, ensuring that goods are stored in compliance with safety regulations and company standards.

Order Fulfilment:

• Ensure timely and accurate order processing, picking, packing, and shipping of products to customers.
• Coordinate with the logistics team to schedule deliveries and manage shipping documentation.
• Address and resolve any issues related to order fulfillment, such as delays, discrepancies, or damaged goods.

Safety and Compliance:

• Supervise a team of warehouse staff, providing guidance, training, and performance evaluations.
• Allocate tasks and responsibilities among team members, ensuring efficient use of resources and meeting operational targets.
• Foster a positive and collaborative working environment, encouraging teamwork and continuous improvement.

Process Improvement:

• Identify and implement opportunities for process improvements to enhance warehouse efficiency, reduce costs, and improve service levels.
• Analyze warehouse data and metrics to track performance and identify areas for optimization.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to streamline operations and integrate new technologies or systems.

Qualifications & Experiences Needed:

• Bachelor’s degree/ Diploma in Supply Chain Management, Logistics, Business Administration, or a related field.
• 3+ years of experience in warehouse operations, preferably in the FMCG and healthcare industry or related fields.
• Strong understanding of inventory management principles and warehouse operations best practices.
• Proficiency in warehouse management systems (WMS) and Microsoft Office Suite.
• Excellent organizational, problem-solving, and communication skills.
• Ability to work under pressure and manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment.
• Knowledge of safety regulations and compliance standards related to warehouse operations.
