Working days:
Monday - Friday (8.30am - 5.30pm), Saturday (9.00am - 1.00pm)
Location: Puchong
Responsibilities:-
- Deliver and pick up items/documents according to daily schedule.
- Work and communicate closely with admin logistic PIC.
- Assure every required document is signed and stamped during delivery.
- Plan daily route to ensure effective delivery.
- In charge of loading and unloading / packing and unpacking of items.
- Run errands for office and bank or other office domestic work as per required by superior.
- Drive the CEO to and from specified outstation locations, adhering to scheduled departure and arrival times.
- Be available for extended hours during outstation trips, including overnight stays if necessary.
- Handle confidential and sensitive information with discretion.
- Assure safety use/drive of company vehicles & hand over the car key to the office everyday.
- Alert to inform management for the expired roadtax car and service car.
- Keep the company‘s vehicle clean and properly maintained by performing regular washing, cleaning and vehicle maintenance.
- Reporting any accidents, injuries and vehicle damage to management.
Requirements:-
- Able to start work immediately is preferred.
- Able to work outstation.
- Possess own motorbike/vehicle (if candidate is able to drive lorry will be a huge bonus with higher pay)
