岗位职责
Key Responsibilities:
. Manage and maintain administrative records, reports, and filing systems
. Coordinate with production team and handle general administrative tasks
. Assist in documentation for food safety and quality compliance
. Liaise with suppliers, vendors, and internal departments
. Support HR tasks such as attendance tracking and onboarding
. Ensure office operations run efficiently
. Oversee and handle overall administrative department functions
· Office & executive support: manage reception, meeting rooms, couriers, and executive calendars.
· Vendor management: negotiate office lease, IT support, pantry supplies, cleaning services.
· Document control: handle import/export permits, trade licenses, banking guarantees, and letter of credit paperwork (often shared with ops/finance).
· Event coordination: annual dinners, client entertainment, and trade show logistics.
· Minimal safety/PPE: mostly fire drill and basic ergonomics only.
Requirements:
Diploma or Degree in Business Administration or related field
1–3 years of working experience in administrative role (manufacturing/food industry preferred)
Proficient in Microsoft Office (especially Excel and Word)
Good communication and coordination skills
Strong organizational and time management abilities
Ability to multitask and work independently
Attention to detail and problem-solving skills
Familiarity with food safety standards (HACCP, GMP) is an added advantage
Pay: RM3,500.00 - RM5,000.00 per month
Work Location: In person
