JJob Description

Conduct data entry and data verification from respective production activities

Generate, review and disseminate daily and monthly ERP and datalogging related report

Provide first-level information gathering support, prior to escalating IT and system related troubleshotting tickets

Assist department head in mapping production workflows into digital forms

Assist department head to create, maintain and improve system forms to track production related activities

Assist department head in testing and deploying ERP, datalogging and application software

Assist department head to conduct user training to system users

Job Requirements

Malaysian citizen

Fresh Degree graduate in related field

Basic understanding of how databases work

Strong logical reasoning and a structured approach to problem-solving

Able to work independently and as part of a team
