• Safely drive the Director to meetings, site visits and appointments.
• Assist with transporting clients or guests as required.
• Manage schedules and routes efficiently to meet time requirements.
• Run errands and handle deliveries when needed.
• Maintain confidentiality and professionalism at all times.
• Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record.
• Familiar with routes, especially in the commercial fit-out industry (e.g., project sites, suppliers).
• Good time management and communication skills.
• Able to work flexible hours as needed.
• Handle any ad-hoc tasks assigned by the Director.
• Drive carefully and prioritize the comfort and safety of the boss and any passengers at all times.
• Smoking in the vehicle is strictly prohibited to maintain cleanliness and avoid lingering odors.
• Ensure the vehicle is kept clean at all times - both interior and exterior. Regular servicing and maintenance must be carried out promptly.
• Refrain from using the phone while driving, especially when guests are in the car, unless it's via hands-free and absolutely necessary.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: RM2,000.00 - RM3,000.00 per month
