• Develop and execute marketing campaigns for physiotherapy and pilates services.
• Manage social media platforms including Facebook, Instagram, TikTok, and other digital channels.
• Create marketing content such as posters, videos, captions, promotional materials, and educational health content.
• Conduct live sessions, promotional events, and customer engagement activities to increase brand visibility.
• Plan and coordinate marketing promotions, packages, and seasonal campaigns.
• Monitor and respond to customer inquiries through social media, WhatsApp, and online platforms.
• Build and maintain relationships with corporate clients, panels, gyms, fitness communities, and business partners.
• Assist in generating leads and converting inquiries into appointments or sales.
• Track marketing performance, customer engagement, and campaign results.
• Work closely with physiotherapists, pilates instructors, and front desk staff to ensure smooth marketing operations.
• Participate in outdoor events, roadshows, health screenings, and community activities when required.
• Ensure all marketing materials comply with company branding and healthcare advertising standards.
• Prepare monthly marketing reports and performance updates for management.

Pay: RM3,000.00 - RM4,500.00 per month
