We are looking for a responsible and organized Sales Coordinator to support our sales team in managing customer inquiries, coordinating orders, and maintaining product information.

Key Responsibilities Sales Support

  • Assist the sales team in preparing quotations and sales documents
  • Follow up with customers regarding quotations and inquiries
  • Coordinate order processing and ensure smooth internal communication
  • Support the sales team in managing customer information and documentation

Product Information Management

  • Upload and maintain product information on company platforms
  • Ensure product images, descriptions, and specifications are organized and updated
  • Assist in preparing product information for marketing or sales materials

Administrative Coordination

  • Maintain proper records of sales documents and order details
  • Assist with internal coordination between sales, marketing, and operations
  • Prepare simple reports or summaries when required

Requirements

  • Diploma or Degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or related field
  • Minimum 2–3 years experience in sales admin, coordination, or similar roles
  • Strong organizational and communication skills
  • Detail-oriented and responsible
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office and basic online platforms

Preferred Qualities

  • Experience supporting sales teams or customer inquiries
  • Good follow-up and coordination skills
  • Able to multitask in a fast-paced environment
  • Professional attitude and strong work ethic
