岗位职责
Experience
1. Experience in Building Management Office
2. Able to handle the operation team ( Admin. Accounts & Technical Team)
3. Able to manage all service providers
4. Able to handle monthly meetings with either developer, JMB or MC and able to prepare minutes of meeting
5. Able to work under pressure
6. . Able to work along with all relevant authorities (COB, KPKT, TNB, Syabas, Majlis) in relation to Building Management
7. Able to work after office hours
8. Must have experience in organising AGM
9. Advantage if have knowledge in SMA2013
10. Able to do Monthly Property Management Reports
Skills
1. Good Customer Service skills
2. Good communication skills especially in English and Bahasa Malaysia
3. Familiar with Accounting system (CSS or other system )as added advantage
4. Computer skill is a must
5. Good negotiation skills
Qualification
1. Preferable with Diploma/ Degree in Real Estate Management , Property Management, Building Surveying Or any Engineering Degree (Civil or Electrical or Facility Management or Technology Management ) and Candidates with minimum 1 year experience in Building Management will be considered for this pos

Pay: RM3,000.00 - RM3,300.00 per month
