Key Responsibilities
- Prepare design drawings, shop drawings, technical proposals, Bill of Materials (BOM), and provide technical support to the sales team.
- Plan, coordinate, and execute projects to ensure completion within budget, schedule, and quality requirements.
- Liaise with architects, consultants, engineers, clients, and subcontractors to review designs, specifications, technical submissions, and project progress.
- Monitor and manage project resources, including manpower, materials, equipment, and subcontractors for efficient project execution.
- Conduct site visits, inspections, and coordination meetings to monitor work progress, identify issues, and implement corrective actions where necessary.
- Ensure compliance with safety requirements, quality standards, and company procedures at site.
- Maintain proper project documentation, including drawings, reports, permits, method statements, and project records.
- Assist in preparing project schedules, progress reports, and as-built documentation.
Requirements / Qualifications
- Bachelor’s Degree in Electrical, Civil, Mechanical Engineering, or related field.
- Candidates with strong drafting experience or technical drawing background are encouraged to apply.
- 1–3 years of working experience in construction, engineering, or project coordination roles.
- Proficient in AutoCAD and other relevant drafting / 3D software.
- Good understanding of construction methods, materials, technical drawings, and industry practices.
- Able to communicate effectively in English and Bahasa Malaysia. Mandarin will be an added advantage.
- Possess good coordination, problem-solving, and communication skills.
- Experience in client interaction, technical sales support, or proposal preparation will be an added advantage.
Pay: RM4,000.00 - RM5,500.00 per month
