TopScope (M) Sdn. Bhd. was established in 1984 and pioneered in designing, sales, installation, and servicing of building maintenance units (BMU) in Malaysia.

Our expertise ranges from exterior facade maintenance such as BMU, gondola, davit, and monorail system to interior building maintenance such as access ladder, hoisting, and gantry system.

We are MSA Latchways distributor and approved installer which supplies fall arrest or lifeline system and safety equipment to complement the BMUs as a complete solution package for our clients.

Our experience in this industry has garnered us with many prestigious projects such as iconic or landmark buildings, hotels, office buildings, shopping malls, luxury condominiums, hospitals, and higher learning institutions. Commitment to safety and quality has always been of utmost importance to TopScope. The products that we represent are manufactured and tested according to international standards such as EN, BS, and ISO.
