Job Responsibilities ;

• Monitor workers personal hygiene.
• Monitor productions areas, ensuring they meet health and safety compliance, and check that all manufactured products or materials meet the necessary productions standards.
• Interpret and implement quality assurance standard and procedures.
• Review the implementation and efficiency of quality and inspection systems.
• Plan, conduct and monitor inspection of materials and products to ensure finished product quality.
• Identify training needs and organize training interventions to meet quality standards.
• Coordinate and support on-site audits conducted by external providers.
• Responsible for document management systems.
• Evaluate audit findings and implement appropriate corrective actions.
• Attention to detail and knowledge of quality standards.
• Inspect products to ensure that they meet quality standards.
• Monitor productions operations to ensure conformance to company specifications.
• Direct assembly adjustment to ensure operations reflect quality standards.
• Ensure product meet customer expectations based on company objectives.
• Communicate the results of inspections and put forward corrective suggestions.
• Perform any other tasks or projects assigned by the supervisor from time to time.

Job Requirement ;

• At least 1 Year of working experience as Quality Controller is required for this position.
• Bachelor Degree/Advance Diploma/Diploma in a Food Science Nutrition / Halal Management / or in any related field.
• Required Skill(s): Quality inspections, Minimal supervision, Good communications and Reporting Skills.
• Experience in auditing such as FSSC and product test.
• Attention to detail and knowledge of quality standards.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: RM2,000.00 - RM3,000.00 per month
