Job Summary
The Account Executive is responsible for handling daily accounting operations, including sales recording, reconciliation, reporting, and administrative support. This role ensures accurate financial data entry, timely reporting, and compliance with company procedures.
Key Responsibilities
1. Sales & Data Entry
- Prepare and maintain daily outlet sales reports, including marketing claims.
- Record and update online sales transactions (“Money In”) from platforms such as Shopee, Lazada, and TikTok into the accounting system.
- Generate invoices and sales orders accurately and on a timely basis.
- Maintain and update financial records to ensure data accuracy.
2. Reconciliation
- Perform daily reconciliation of bank transactions, cash deposits, and petty cash (if applicable).
- Cross-check and ensure bank receipts are aligned with payout reports from online sales platforms.
- Identify discrepancies and report them for resolution promptly.
3. Operations & Administration
- Prepare basic reports related to sales performance, promotions, and inventory tracking.
- Organize and maintain proper filing of invoices, payment vouchers, and supporting documents.
- Ensure compliance with company Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) in all accounting and administrative tasks.
4. Ad Hoc Duties
- Perform any other ad hoc tasks and responsibilities as assigned by the Assistant Account Manager from time to time.
Requirements
- Degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field.
- At least 1–2 years of relevant working experience (fresh graduates are encouraged to apply).
- Basic knowledge of accounting principles and data entry.
- Proficient in Microsoft Excel and accounting systems.
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
- Good organizational and time management skills.
Pay: RM2,500.00 - RM3,200.00 per month
