Responsibilities

Requirement

  • At least High School Diploma or equivalent required.

  • Ability to speak, read and write in Mandarin.

  • Team player with Strong Communication and Interpersonal skills.

Responsibility

  • Communicating with customers through various channels.( WhatsApp& phone call) 

  • Process customer orders 

  • Track and updates customers shipment status 

  • Responding promptly to customer inquiries, complaints, and feedback. 

  • Build and maintain strong customer relationships. 

  • Responsible for sales of products.

  • Assisting department manager with assigned departmental tasks.
