Job Scope:

1. Support the Live Streaming Host

• Assist the main host during live broadcasts on platforms like TikTok Live, Shopee Live, Lazada Live, etc.
• Help manage comments and interactions with viewers in real time.
• Provide cues or reminders to the host during the session.
• Handle backend tasks such as updating text/prompts on screen or managing pinned comments.

2. Pre-Stream Preparation

• Set up products and displays for livestreams.
• Help check lighting, audio, camera settings, and any props — ensuring everything is ready for smooth streaming.
• Prepare product information, scripts, and talking points with the host.

3. Audience Engagement & Moderation

• Respond to comments quickly and help encourage positive conversations.
• Moderate chats by removing or flagging inappropriate comments (sometimes part of assistant-moderator duties).

4. Backend & Operational Support

• Update product lists, prices, links, and promotions during the live session.
• Assist with order info or answering viewer questions where appropriate.
• Track engagement metrics (like views, likes, comments) to help the team analyze performance after the stream.

5. Coordination & Admin Tasks

• Help schedule streams, organize content calendars, and coordinate with marketing or product teams.
• Prepare reports on live stream outcomes, viewer engagement, or sales generated during streams.

6. Content Support (sometimes)

• Assist in creating short videos or clips for promotion before or after live sessions.
• Work with hosts to polish presentation flow and product scripting.
