Our mission is to improve the quality of life for elderly individuals, patients in recovery, and those requiring daily assistance through personalized and high-quality caregiving solutions. We are looking for a compassionate, proactive, and customer-focused Sales Executive to join our team.
Task/ Responsibilities :
- Promote and explain caregiver services to potential clients, families, hospitals, and healthcare-related partners.
- Handle customer inquiries professionally through walk-in, phone calls, WhatsApp, social media, and other communication platforms.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with existing and potential customers.
- Conduct outreach activities, hospital visits, healthcare networking, roadshows, and community engagement programs to generate new client opportunities.
- Achieve individual monthly sales targets and contribute to overall team performance.
- Prepare quotations, proposals, and sales documentation accurately.
- Follow up with customers regarding product inquiries, appointments, and after-sales support.
- Ensure customer satisfaction by providing excellent service and resolving issues promptly.
- Update and maintain customer databases, sales records, and reports.
- Collaborate with the marketing and operations team to execute sales strategies and promotional activities.
- Stay updated with healthcare service trends, caregiver industry standards, customer needs, and competitor activities.
Qualifications / Requirements :
- Diploma or Bachelor’s Degree in Business, Marketing, Sales, or related field.
- Minimum 1–3 years of experience in sales, customer service, healthcare services, or related industry.
- Fresh graduates with strong communication and sales passion are encouraged to apply.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
- Strong confidence in engaging with customers face-to-face and online.
- Target-oriented with strong motivation to achieve sales performance.
- Willing to travel for client visits, hospital networking, healthcare events, or outreach activities.
- Possess own transportation and valid driving license.
- Basic knowledge of Microsoft Office, Google Workspace, and CRM systems is an added advantage.
- Good problem-solving and customer handling skills.
- Passionate in sales, healthcare support, and customer engagement.
