1. Job Purpose

The Digital Marketing Executive is responsible for planning, implementing, and monitoring digital marketing strategies to increase brand visibility, generate leads, and support business growth for the construction company. This role focuses on managing online platforms, creating engaging content, executing campaigns, analyzing performance metrics, and enhancing the company’s presence across digital channels.

2. Roles & ResponsibilitiesDigital Strategy & Campaign Management

• Develop and execute digital marketing strategies aligned with company goals.
• Manage paid campaigns (Facebook Ads ) to generate leads and awareness.
• Monitor campaign performance and optimize for increased ROI.

Content Creation & Branding

• Plan, create, and publish content for social media, website, and marketing materials.
• Develop visuals, posts, articles, and project highlights to enhance brand credibility.
• Ensure consistent branding across online and offline channels.

Social Media & Website Management

• Manage company profiles on key platforms (Facebook, Instagram, TikTok, etc.).
• Maintain company website content updates (projects, services, news).
• Track engagement, respond to inquiries, and drive growth through targeted strategies.

Lead Generation & CRM Support

• Execute digital campaigns targeting potential clients
• Work with the sales/business development team to funnel qualified leads.
• Support email marketing and automation workflows where applicable.

Market Research & Competitive Analysis

• Monitor trends in the construction sector and competitor activities.
• Recommend improvements to enhance digital positioning and competitive advantage.

Reporting & Analytics

• Prepare monthly performance reports on leads, engagement, traffic, and ROI.
• Use analytics tools (Google Analytics, Meta Insights, etc.) to measure outcomes and drive decisions.

Additional Duties

• Assist in company events, exhibitions, and promotional activities.
• Coordinate with vendors, designers, and agencies when required.

Job Types: Full-time, Internship, Fresh graduate

Pay: RM1,700.00 - RM2,500.00 per month
