Job Title: Food & Beverage (F&B) Service Intern

Job Summary
The F&B Service Intern will support daily restaurant and banquet operations, ensuring guests receive high-quality dining experiences. This role provides hands-on exposure to service standards, guest interaction, and food & beverage operations within a hotel environment.
Key Responsibilities
- Assist in setting up restaurant outlets, buffet stations, and banquet events
- Welcome guests and present menus professionally
- Take food and beverage orders accurately and relay them to the kitchen
- Serve food and beverages in accordance with hotel service standards
- Ensure cleanliness and proper table setup before and after service
- Respond to guest requests and ensure satisfaction during dining
- Support inventory checks and stock replenishment
- Follow hygiene, safety, and food handling procedures
Requirements
- Currently pursuing a Diploma/Degree in Hospitality Management, Tourism, or related field
- Strong communication and customer service skills
- Positive attitude and willingness to work in a fast-paced environment
- Ability to work flexible shifts, including weekends and holidays
- Physically able to stand for long hours
