岗位职责
ROLE AND RESPONSIBILITIES
· Assist in processing purchase orders (POs) and ensure timely submission to suppliers
· Coordinate with suppliers on order status, delivery schedules, and discrepancies
· Monitor and track inventory levels to prevent stock shortages or overstock situations
· Support daily, weekly, and monthly stock planning for outlets and central warehouse
· Ensure all deliveries meet quality, quantity, and compliance standards
· Liaise with outlets on stock issues, urgent requests, and replenishment needs
· Maintain accurate records of purchasing, delivery orders, and inventory transactions in the NetSuite system.
· Assist in cost tracking and basic analysis of supply chain expenses
· Support stock count exercises and ensure inventory accuracy
· Coordinate with Finance for invoice verification and payment processing
Ensure compliance with company policies, SOPs, and food safety standards
QUALIFICATION AND EDUCATION REQUIREMENTS
· Diploma/Bachelor’s degree in supply chain management or a related field; postgraduate qualifications are a plus.
· Minimum 1 years of experience in supply chain experience, preferably in QSR, or F&B industry.
Basic knowledge of inventory management and procurement processes
PREFERRED SKILLS
· Required language(s): Good command of spoken and written English & Bahasa Malaysia.
· Computer literacy – Microsoft Office.
· Strong coordination, communication, and problem-solving skills.
· Detail-oriented with good organizational skills
· Ability to work in fast-paced, operationally driven environment.
Pay: RM2,000.00 - RM3,000.00 per month
Work Location: In person
