Job Description

• To ensure processes are running smoothly and in line with common goals.
• Able to create a project timeline and maintain those deadlines throughout the project lifecycle. (Microsoft Project)
• Able to bring a team together and move them in one direction, aligning their personal goals with those of the organization.
• Effective at negotiating terms with clients and other stakeholders.
• To oversee and coordinate tasks as well as motivate and encourage the team.
• Able to adapt to upcoming product trends, new technology, user demographics and more.
• To understand and address situations based on all available facts and information.
• Able to gather information, weigh the associated pros and cons and then formulate the best solution.
• Have the experience and ability to pinpoint what could go wrong and implement a risk mitigation strategy.
• Able to gather information throughout the lifespan of a project and report them for future evaluation.

Requirements:

• Degree/Diploma in Computer Science or Information Technology
• At least 2 years of working experience in the related fields
• Competent in Microsoft Project and Microsoft office
• Strong knowledge in IT / ELV services is mandatory
• Possess own transport and willing to travel.

Personally:

• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Good analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Self-motivation, Responsibility.
• Like to challenge for latest technologies.
• Important willing to learn.
• Willing to travel nation-wide.
• Owns car driving license.

Working Hours:

• 9am until 6pm.
• Monday till Friday (depend on state government), public holiday follow government calendar.
