Job Title: Personal Assistant & Brand Coordinator (Argenix Neuroglow)
Company Overview
Argenix Medica is a forward-thinking pioneer in regenerative science and wellness. Our specialized product line, Argenix Neuroglow, represents the cutting edge of cellular vitality, cognitive wellness, and specialized nutritional support. We are seeking a highly organized, articulate, and dynamic Personal Assistant (PA) to support executive operations, manage key stakeholder relations, oversee regulatory compliance, and act as a vibrant digital face for our brand.
Role Summary
This is not a traditional, back-office PA role. You will be a crucial gatekeeper, an administrative anchor, a regulatory watch-guard, and a brand ambassador all in one. The ideal candidate switches seamlessly from drafting formal stakeholder communications and monitoring legislative updates to going live on social media to enthusiastically promote our product line. Note on Target Audience: Because our product development deeply values neurodivergent care and specialized pediatric support, individuals who have personal or familial experience with Autism Spectrum Disorder (ASD) will find their background to be an incredibly strong asset in this role.
Key Responsibilities
1. Executive Support & Communication Gatekeeper Primary Contact: Manage, screen, and log incoming phone calls, emails, and WhatsApp messages specifically regarding Argenix Neuroglow. Calendar & Logistics: Coordinate executive schedules, schedule high-level meetings, and manage local or international travel logistics. Daily Operations: Handle day-to-day administrative tasks, document sorting, and follow-ups to ensure operational efficiency.
2. Stakeholder & Client Relations Liaison Officer: Act as a professional primary point of contact for all company stakeholders, including clinical partners, suppliers, OEM manufacturers, and corporate entities. Inbound Inquiries: Professionally manage product inquiries, customer service escalations, and B2B partner communication. Meeting Management: Prepare agendas, take meticulous minutes during stakeholder meetings, and track actionable next steps.
3. Regulatory & Legislative Compliance Product Compliance: Monitor and ensure all current and upcoming Argenix Neuroglow products comply with relevant local and international health regulations (e.g., KKM/NPRA guidelines in Malaysia, or relevant international equivalents). Legislative Research: Keep abreast of changing laws, advertising restrictions, and supplement labeling laws to safeguard the brand from non-compliance. Documentation: Organize and maintain all licenses, product registrations, intellectual property files, and legal documentation for new and existing product lines.
4. Social Media & Digital Brand Promotion Live Broadcasting: Regularly host Live Videos across social media platforms (TikTok, Instagram, Facebook) to educate the public, answer product questions, and promote Argenix Neuroglow. Public Face: Embody the energy, wellness, and scientific authority of the brand on camera. Empathic Content: Utilize lived experiences to connect authentically with parents, caregivers, and families looking for specialized wellness and nutritional solutions.
Job Requirements Qualifications & Experience Experience: Minimum of 2–3 years of experience as an Executive Assistant, Personal Assistant, or Operations Coordinator, preferably within the wellness, nutraceutical, aesthetic, or pharmaceutical industries.
Lived Experience (Highly Welcomed): Personal experience with Autism Spectrum Disorder (ASD)—either lived or through supporting a family member—is highly welcomed and considered a significant advantage. This insight will help shape authentic, empathetic communication with our target community. Education: Bachelor’s Degree in Business Administration, Communications, Life Sciences, or a related field is an advantage.
Media Savvy: Proven comfort and charisma on camera; prior experience running social media lives or creating short-form video content is highly desirable. Skills & Competencies Regulatory Aptitude: Ability to read, understand, and interpret regulatory frameworks and legal guidelines regarding health products.
Communication Mastery: Exceptional verbal and written communication skills. Absolute professionalism and high emotional intelligence (EQ) when interacting with both high-level corporate stakeholders and everyday consumers. Tech-Fluent: Proficient with modern workplace tools (Google Workspace, Microsoft Office) and standard communication channels (WhatsApp Business, Slack).
Highly Adaptable: Comfortable wearing multiple hats—moving from detailed legal paperwork to high-energy public speaking in the same afternoon. What We Offer A dynamic, future-focused working environment at the intersection of science and wellness. An inclusive company culture that highly values neurodiversity and personal caregiving insights. Direct mentorship and exposure to executive leadership. Opportunities to grow your personal and professional brand as a key digital voice for an expanding product line.
