Key Responsibilities:

• Receive, inspect, and record incoming materials and supplies.
• Organize and maintain inventory and storage areas for easy retrieval and access.
• Issue materials and products based on authorized requisitions.
• Monitor stock levels and prepare procurement requests when necessary.
• Maintain accurate records of inventory, stock movements, and deliveries.
• Ensure proper labeling, storage, and handling of goods to prevent damage or loss.
• Conduct regular stock-taking and cycle counts to verify inventory accuracy.
• Keep the store area clean, organized, and compliant with safety regulations.
• Coordinate with the procurement, logistics, and finance departments.
• Report any discrepancies, damaged items, or shortages to the supervisor.

Requirements:

• High school diploma or equivalent; additional training or certification in inventory or logistics is a plus.
• Proven experience as a Store Keeper, Inventory Clerk, or similar role.
• Knowledge of inventory software (e.g.SQL, QNE, Autocount or similar systems).
• Strong organizational and time-management skills.
• Attention to detail and accuracy in record-keeping.
• Basic computer skills (MS Excel, Word).
• Physical stamina and ability to lift moderately heavy items if required.
• Possession driving license (CDL, GDL) & CIDB will be advantage.
