Job Summary:

We are seeking a dynamic professional with strong expertise in Warehouse Management Systems (WMS) and SQL to handle both day-to-day system support and project implementation activities. The role requires hands-on involvement in troubleshooting, data analysis, and driving system enhancements and deployments.

Key Responsibilities:

Support Role:

• Provide daily support for WMS operations, ensuring system stability and performance.
• Troubleshoot and resolve system issues within agreed SLAs.
• Analyze data and identify issues using SQL queries.
• Monitor system transactions, interfaces, and data accuracy.
• Coordinate with operations teams to resolve functional issues.
• Maintain logs for incidents, root cause analysis (RCA), and corrective actions.
• Support users with system-related queries and training.

Project Implementation Role:

• Participate in WMS implementation, enhancements, and migration projects.
• Gather and analyze business requirements and translate them into system solutions.
• Configure and test system functionalities based on project needs.
• Prepare and execute UAT (User Acceptance Testing) scenarios.
• Support system integration activities (SFTP, EDI, API).
• Assist in data migration, validation, and cutover activities.
• Ensure proper documentation for processes, configurations, and workflows.
• Work closely with IT, vendors, and business stakeholders during project execution.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

• Strong hands-on experience with Warehouse Management Systems (WMS).
• Proficiency in SQL (queries, joins, data extraction, troubleshooting).
• Solid understanding of warehouse operations (inbound, outbound, inventory control).
• Experience in both production support and project implementation.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
• Ability to handle multiple tasks and work under pressure.
• Effective communication and stakeholder management skills.

Preferred Qualifications:

• Experience with leading WMS platforms (e.g., Manhattan, Blue Yonder, JDE WMS).
• Knowledge of system integration (ASN, EDI, API).
• Experience in system migration or upgrade projects.
• Familiarity with reporting tools (Report builder, SSRS, Power BI).
• Exposure to automation or digital transformation projects is an advantage.

Experience:

• 3–6 years of relevant experience in WMS support and implementation roles.

Pay: RM4,000.00 - RM8,000.00 per month
