Responsibilities
- Fully responsible for the boutique daily operation including opening & closing of boutique, sales, boutique's cleanliness & safety in accordance to standard Operating procedure
- To monitor and ensure stock inventory is always available and sufficient to achieve the sales target.
- Offer a consistently good memorable customer service experience
- Achieved and meet the target sales set by Head Quarter
- Plan among the team to maintaining and increasing of company sales
- To manage and supervise all sales assistant
- Report daily sales to Operation Manager
- Prepare Monthly sales report and send to Operation Manager.
- Guiding and managing boutique team to develop strong sales
- Supervise and manage staff usage of s.o.p and company policy.
Qualifications:
- Candidate must possess at least Primary/Secondary School/SPM/"O" Level in any field.
- At least 1 Year(s) of working experience in supervision, related field is required for this position.
- Required Skill(s): Microsoft Office
- Preferably Junior Executive specialized in Sales - Retail/General or equivalent.
Job Types: Full-time, Permanent
Pay: RM2,500.00 - RM3,500.00 per month
