What You’ll Be Doing
As part of our Corporate Sales team, you will play an important role in driving revenue growth and strengthening relationships with our retail and corporate partners.
Your responsibilities include:
- Identify and develop new business opportunities across corporate and retail channels
- Build and maintain strong relationships with existing clients and key accounts
- Manage the full sales cycle — from prospecting and pitching to negotiation and closing
- Handle customer enquiries and process sales orders within agreed timelines
- Coordinate closely with Operations and Fulfillment teams to ensure smooth and timely deliveries
- Support sales campaigns, promotions, events, and partnership activities
- Monitor sales performance, market trends, and customer feedback to identify growth opportunities
- Prepare sales reports, stock projections, and market analysis for management review
- Deliver excellent customer service while ensuring account growth and profitability
- Represent customer needs internally and contribute ideas for product and business improvements
- Support any additional sales or business-related projects when required
What We’re Looking For
We’re seeking someone who is proactive, commercially driven, and confident in managing client relationships.
Requirements:
- Diploma or Degree in Business, Marketing, Sales, or related field
- 2–4 years of experience in FMCG sales, preferably with retail exposure
- Experience in B2B sales, corporate sales, or key account management is an advantage
- Strong understanding of FMCG distribution channels and retail operations
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills
- Self-motivated, results-oriented, and able to work independently
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Comfortable using Microsoft Office and sales reporting tools
- Willing to travel when required
