We are looking for a commercial-minded Senior Client Engagement Executive to join our energetic team. This is a hybrid role for a professional who thrives on balance: 60% of your focus will be on nurturing relationships with our existing top-tier clients, and 40% will be dedicated to identifying new business opportunities. You will be the face of Thriving Talents to HR and L&D Managers across SMEs, GLCs, and MNCs, helping them solve their talent gaps with our world-class solutions.
1. Business Development
- Identify and engage L&D and HR Directors within SMEs, GLCs, and MNCs to uncover training needs.
- Pitch and present proposals to new prospects, converting them into long-term clients.
- Understand the nuances of selling to different sectors (e.g., procurement processes for GLCs vs. agile decision-making in SMEs).
- Identify new business opportunities within your assigned portfolio.
2. Account Management & Retention
- Build strong, trusting relationships with existing clients to ensure high retention and repeat business.
- Provide superior customer service and ensure client satisfaction throughout the training delivery process.
- Propose new programs and modules to existing clients based on their evolving needs.
3. Cross-Functional Collaboration
- Work closely with Operations, Finance, and R&D departments to ensure seamless delivery of training solutions.
- Collaborate with R&D to provide market feedback for the development of new training ideas and modules.
