Kitchen Assistant Responsibilities
- Prepare food and beverages according to company standards and recipes
- Clean and prepare food items including portioning, battering, breading, seasoning, and marinating
- Handle, store, label, and rotate products properly following food safety regulations
- Maintain cleanliness and tidiness of the kitchen station at all times
- Assist in kitchen closing procedures and follow the kitchen closing checklist
- Report any food quality or stock shortage issues to the Assistant Kitchen Manager or Kitchen Manager promptly
- Follow all safety and sanitation standards strictly
- Operate kitchen equipment safely and report maintenance issues when necessary
- Support the kitchen team and perform other duties assigned by management
Service Crew Responsibilities
- Welcome and greet customers in a friendly manner
- Present menus and take food & beverage orders accurately
- Introduce customers to the brand and recommend signature menu items
- Serve food and beverages promptly and efficiently
- Handle cashiering and payment transactions
- Ensure dining tables and service areas are clean and hygienic at all times
- Keep service stations stocked with necessary supplies such as napkins and tableware
- Work closely with team members to provide excellent customer service

Requirements
- Malaysian citizens only
- Full-time / Part-time / Contract positions available
- Experience in F&B is preferred but not mandatory
- Positive attitude and willingness to learn
- Able to work shifts, weekends, and public holidays
