Key Responsibilities
- Training Coordination & Operations
- Assist in organising training sessions (virtual & physical)
- Liaise with trainers, clients, and participants
- To coordinate all pre-training related matters i.e. Prepare training materials & packing, attendance & grouping lists
- Post training Administration i.e. follow-up on attendance listing, prepare & data entry on training evaluation report, training photo selection & update on trainer’s training hours
- Coordinate and liaise with trainers, facilitators and clients to schedule training dates,venues, and other logistical arrangements
- Coordinate activities, resources, equipment, and information for training engagements
- Liaise with 3rd party i.e. hotel
2. Content Development
- Help develop training slides, case studies, and activities
3. Marketing
- Assist in marketing and outreach efforts
4. On-Site Training Support
- Support and facilitate the training engagements on site
5. Adaptable and resourceful in handling ad-hoc requests or sudden changes.
6. Support the team with other responsibilities as required.
