Manage the key account and working closely with client to create new business opportunity.

Working on business proposal / tender documents.

• To vet through incoming tenders and RFQ, closely monitor progress of tender due date, project start and end date, tender submission instructions/requirements and mode of submission.
• To coordinate, prepare and compile tender submission documents with tendering/bidding activities, tender questionnaires and pre-qualifications.
• To coordinate with all involved departments relating to tendering/bidding activities; collate and compile additional information for communication to clients and contract review.

Working closely with internal team and supplier / sub-contractor in establishing delivery expectations.

Ensure related quotation / tendering documentations is well managed. Follow-up on contract expiry, contract renewal and cancellation.

To meet client for clarification and tender meeting.
