Position
HR Intern (Recruitment)

Key Responsibilities

• Assist with end-to-end recruitment processes including job postings, screening, and interview coordination.
• Source and shortlist candidates through job portals, social media, and other channels.
• Maintain candidate databases and recruitment trackers.
• Participate in recruitment drives and employer branding activities.
• Ensure a smooth candidate experience through timely communication and follow-ups.

Job Requirements

• Currently pursuing or recently completed a Diploma or Degree in Human Resource Management, Psychology, Business Admin, or related field.
• Strong communication and organizational skills.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office and online platforms.
• High level of professionalism and eagerness to learn.
• Able to commit to an on-site internship.
