Job Responsibilities
- Assist in developing and maintaining HR Portal website using Wix
- Develop new website functions and features based on supervisor’s instructions
- Support website content updates, layout improvements, and page creation
- Work closely with department to collect website requirements and project information
- Ensure website design is user friendly and mobile responsive
- Assist in troubleshooting website issues and performing testing and debug
- Assist in company events, internal activities, and project coordination when required
- Support basic administrative tasks and documentation related to projects and events
- Help improve website visuals, navigation, and overall user experience
Requirements
- Currently pursuing Diploma or Degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, Multimedia, Web Development, or related field
- Basic knowledge of website development and design
- Familiar with Wix or other website platforms will be an added advantage
- Willing to be involved in event coordination and administrative activities
- Creative, willing to learn, and able to work independently
- Good communication and teamwork skills
- Willing to be based in Bukit Minyak, Penang
- Capable of working independently with minimal supervision.
- As this is an HR Portal project, you will be reporting directly to the HR Manager instead of the IT Manager.
- Internship period: start mid of Aug/ Sep
Pay: RM1,700.00 per month
