岗位职责

Role Objective

  • Responsible for managing customer feedback data, ensuring structured documentation and analysis to support business decisions. Oversees administrative processes related to customer interactions, ensuring efficient tracking, reporting.

Job Description

  • Feedback & Data Management: Collect, organize, and analyse customer feedback to identify patterns and actionable insights.
  • Administrative Coordination: Maintain structured records, ensuring proper documentation of customer interactions and resolutions.
  • Reporting & Analysis: Develop reports highlighting trends and areas of improvement for internal teams.
  • Process Enhancement: Recommend improvements based on feedback analysis to optimize operational workflows.
  • Perform other administrative tasks as assigned by the supervisor
  • Participate in role-play or training sessions to understand products and service

Job Requirement

  • Currently pursuing a diploma or degree in business, retail management, marketing, or related fields.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills to engage with customers effectively.
  • Ability to handle inquiries, complaints, and provide solutions professionally.
  • Basic computer literacy for handling digital customer interactions and reports.
  • Preferred Skills
  • Problem-solving mindset to handle customer concerns efficiently.
  • Multitasking ability in a fast-paced retail environment.
  • Team collaboration to work effectively with store staff and management

Job Type: Internship
Contract length: 3 months

Pay: RM600.00 - RM800.00 per month
