任职资格
- Currently pursuing or recently completed a Diploma or Degree in Architecture, Engineering, Building Technology, Construction Management, or related field.
- Basic knowledge of Autodesk Revit, AutoCAD, or other BIM software.
- Strong willingness to learn BIM workflows and industry practices.
- Good communication and teamwork skills.
- Detail-oriented and able to manage tasks efficiently.
- Knowledge of Navisworks or point cloud workflows will be an added advantage.
岗位职责
- Develop and maintain accurate 3D BIM models for Architectural, Structural, and MEP disciplines using Autodesk Revit software.
- Prepare 2D drawings, shop drawings, and construction documentation from BIM models.
- Coordinate BIM models with internal teams to ensure model accuracy and consistency.
- Update BIM models based on design revisions, site information, and project requirements.
- Ensure all models comply with project BIM standards, naming conventions, and Level of Development (LOD) requirements.
- Assist in quantity take-offs, scheduling, and extraction of model data when required.
- Organize and manage BIM files, families, and project documentation within the Common Data Environment (CDE).
