Job description:
- Daily inventory reporting
- Handle B2C operations (Shopee, Lazada, TikTok)
- Manage returns & refunds: Receive returned items & Assist with inspection and recording
- Handle customer complaints: Check CCTV footage when required
- Stock responsibilities: No need to conduct stock taken record but must audit stock taken record
- Documentation management
- General office admin tasks: Purchase supplies (A4 paper, stationery, tissue, etc.)
Requirement:
- English proficiency
- Warehouse system knowledge: Able to pull reports from system
- Excel knowledge: Basic formulas, Filtering, handling tables/data
- Microsoft Word
- Comfortable working with numbers
