About The Role
We’re looking for a growth-driven Business Development Manager to expand Mykori’s footprint and drive new revenue opportunities.
You’ll lead franchise expansion, strategic partnerships, and market development initiatives — turning potential into performance.
If you’re confident in pitching, negotiating, and closing deals while thinking long-term growth strategy, this role is for you.
Candidate Requirements
- Bachelor’s Degree in Business, Marketing, Commerce or equivalent.
- Minimum 3–5 years experience in business development, franchise, or sales role.
- Strong negotiation and presentation skills.
- Experience in F&B or retail franchise industry is an advantage.
- Good command of Mandarin, English & Bahasa Malaysia.
- Result-oriented and strong networking ability.

Responsibilities
- Identify and secure new franchise opportunities.
- Conduct franchise presentations and business pitching to potential investors.
- Prepare feasibility studies and financial projections.
- Develop expansion strategy aligned with company growth targets.
- Negotiate commercial terms and agreements.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with franchisees and partners.
- Monitor new outlet performance and ROI.
- Track expansion pipeline and prepare monthly growth reports for management.
- Work closely with Operations & Marketing team during new outlet launch
Pay: RM4,000.00 - RM6,000.00 per month
