Job Description:

-Market research and analysis -Managing e-commerce platforms to optimize e-store operations, including; Content, Assortment, Ratings and Reviews, Search, Pricing, Live chat, Customer Service and Livestreaming -Run and optimize online campaigns/promotions/sales to increase traffic and conversion rates -Plan, execute and manage our social media platforms –Facebook, Instagram, and other KPIs improvement. -Fulfillment of sales and logistic arrangement -Assist in Customer service support

Qualifications - Proficient in English (Written and Spoken) - Proficient in using Microsoft Office ( eg : Word, Excel or Powerpoint ) - Able to prioritize multiple competing priorities and deadlines.

Internship Contract length: 4-6 months

Pay: RM800.00 - RM1,000.00 per month
