Responsibilities
- Assist in recruitment processes (job postings, screening resumes, coordinating interviews).
- Support onboarding processes for new employees and interns.
- Maintain and update employee records and documentation.
- Assist in handling leave applications, attendance tracking, and other HR administrative tasks.
- Help coordinate training sessions, workshops, and company events.
- Ensure compliance with company policies and assist in policy documentation.
- Perform other HR-related duties as assigned.
Requirements
- Internship duration: 3 to 6 months
- Currently pursuing or recently completed a Diploma/Degree in Human Resource Management, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Detail-oriented with good organizational skills.
- Ability to handle confidential information professionally.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel).
- Proactive and eager to learn.
