- Handle enquiries, quotations, and negotiation professionally.
2. POSM & Project Coordination
- Manage POSM projects from briefing to delivery.
- Coordinate with design, production, and installation teams.
- Ensure deadlines, specifications, and quality expectations are met.
- Monitor project costing and profitability awareness.
3. Sales Target & Pipeline Development
- Achieve monthly sales targets set by management.
- Build long-term relationships with FMCG, retail, and corporate clients.
- Prepare proposals and presentations when required.
- Identify upselling opportunities (fabrication, activation, display units, events).
4. Documentation & Reporting
- Prepare quotations, follow-ups, and project updates
- Maintain accurate CRM/client records
- Track project progress and payment collection status
