Key Responsibilities
Customer Engagement & Support
- Assist in responding to customer inquiries and providing basic product information.
- Support the team in following up with customers to ensure satisfaction and resolve concerns professionally.
Sales Support
- Assist in identifying potential customers and new business opportunities.
- Support senior team members during customer meetings, presentations, or product demonstrations when required.
- Maintain and update customer database records accurately.
Market Research & Lead Generation
- Conduct market research and gather customer feedback to support sales and marketing strategies.
- Assist in expanding the customer base through online platforms and B2B channels.
Operations & Coordination
- Work closely with the Sales Admin and Customer Support teams to ensure smooth order processing and coordination.
- Assist in updating customer profiles, sales reports, and related records.
- Support the management and maintenance of B2B platforms.
Reporting & Learning
- Provide regular updates on assigned tasks, leads, and customer interactions.
- Learn and understand the company’s products, sales processes, and customer relationship management practices.
