Role Description
This full-time, on-site Technical Support Intern position is based in Puchong. The intern will assist in diagnosing and troubleshooting technical issues, supporting customer queries, and ensuring optimal customer satisfaction. Daily tasks include providing prompt and efficient technical support, analyzing problems to identify root causes, and collaborating with the team to develop effective solutions. Additionally, the intern will contribute to maintaining high service standards for customers.
Qualifications
Proficiency in Technical Support and Troubleshooting to resolve technical issues efficiently.
Strong Customer Support and Customer Satisfaction skills to effectively assist clients and ensure positive experiences.
Solid Analytical Skills to assess problems, identify root causes, and recommend actionable solutions.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills for engaging with a diverse range of clients and team members.
Basic knowledge of ICT networking and CCTV systems is preferred but not mandatory.
Current enrollment in or recent graduation from a relevant field such as IT, Computer Science, or Engineering.
