Project Coordinator

Full-Time Position

Terra Teguh Construction Sdn Bhd is seeking a proactive and detail-oriented Project Coordinator to support project execution and site coordination activities. The ideal candidate will assist in managing layout planning, interior design specifications, procurement, documentation, client coordination, and project administration to ensure smooth and efficient project delivery.

Key Responsibilities

• Prepare layout plans and detailed drawings for new and ongoing projects
• Develop interior design specifications, material selections, and finishes according to project requirements
• Coordinate procurement of materials, equipment, and fixtures while ensuring cost-effective purchasing
• Act as the main liaison between clients, contractors, and project teams
• Assist with project administration including documentation, invoice processing, filing, and reports
• Support sales and marketing activities related to project proposals and client engagement
• Monitor project progress and assist in ensuring timely completion
• Participate in project handovers and ensure deliverables meet required standards
• Recommend improvements for project execution, workflow, and design efficiency

Requirements

• Minimum 2 years of working experience as a Project Coordinator or similar role in the interior design, construction, or carpentry industry
• Strong organisational and time management skills
• Good communication and interpersonal abilities
• Able to multitask and work under pressure to meet deadlines
• Detail-oriented with good problem-solving skills
• Proficient in:
• Microsoft Office
• AutoCAD
• SketchUp
• 3D Studio Max or related design software
• Possess own transportation for work-related travel
• Experience in carpentry or interior design field is an added advantage

Preferred Skills

• Knowledge in project coordination and procurement processes
• Ability to manage client expectations and project documentation efficiently
• Team player with positive working attitude
• Ability to work independently with minimal supervision

Employment Details

• Position Type: Full-Time (Contract Basis)
