Key Responsibilities

• Assist in supporting office IT infrastructure, PC, servers, websites, printers, networks, and as well company ERP systems (Focus & SAGE).
• Assist in logging all IT service requests and update tickets as needed.
• Install and configure software and hardware
• Set up email accounts and workstations
• Provide customer support and assistance in issue troubleshooting and resolution.

Requirements:

• Applicants must be willing to work in Shah Alam
• Candidate must possess or currently pursuing a Diploma or Bachelor Degree in IT / Computer Science / Networking / Engineering

Job Type: Internship
Contract length: 3-6 months
