• Perform daily receiving of goods and arrangement of put away at designated storage area
• Observe and practice FIFO. Alert supervisor when low stock inventory
• Update Supplier Delivery Performance Tracking on daily basis
• Perform outbound delivery arrangement by tallying physical goods with related documents
• JIT (Just in time) raw & packaging material issuance for production daily use
• Participate in every cycle count and monthly stock take activities
• Communicate with forklift drivers on stock receiving and stock issuing matters
• Assist in planning and monitoring day-to-day forklift driver schedule
• Daily update of inbound & outbound goods movement in WMS, hand over the documents to Finance upon completion
• Perform warehouse house keeping with the team (comply with GMP rules)
• Ensure warehouse GMP safety rules – at “zero accident” level
• Perform loading of returned packing material (e.g. plastic pallet and empty blue drum) onto container for sending back to HQ
• Handle request from inter-function on disposition of packing material, rejected and damaged goods
• Supervise physical disposition of damaged / rejected finished goods at garbage dumping area when requested
• Check transporter's monthly billing invoice and key data in "Truck Delivery" file
• Observe and practice cost savings on warehouse activities
• Perform ad-hoc assignment upon request by the superior
• Assist Warehouse Executive & Supervisor on daily operation and execution

Education & Experience: -

• SPM with good credit in Mathematics and English
• MS Office literate

Requirements & Skill: -

• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
• Good command of written and spoken English and Mandarin
• Knowledge or experienced of WMS
• Able to work at extra hours or on Sunday

Pay: RM2,000.00 - RM2,700.00 per month
