Job Description:

• Support the corporate (fulfillment) team by communicate, follow-up and provide support to any marketplace-related questions and concerns by the vendors or new onboarding vendors.
• Assist on product sourcing's requests and provide the price benchmarking.
• In charge of key in/update the vendor's details and data in Lapasar admin account.
• Support on curating email blasts through Mailerlite.
• In charge of sending and responding to the emails that are related to the offline orders management, provides updates and reminders.
• Assist on daily calls with vendors/buyers related to orders management.
• Assist on any ad hoc tasks assign by the supervisor from time to time when necessary.

Working Arrangement:

• Monday - Friday : 9.00 AM - 6.00 PM
• Lunch Break : Monday - Friday (1 hour between 12.00 PM - 2.00 PM)
• Saturday & Sunday : Rest day
