Key Responsibilities

• Manage end-to-end IT project lifecycle from initiation to deployment and post-implementation support.
• Lead banking technology projects such as Core Banking, Internet Banking, Mobile Banking, Payment Systems, AML, CRM, Loan Systems, Treasury, or Digital Banking initiatives.
• Define project scope, objectives, timelines, resource planning, and deliverables.
• Coordinate with business users, stakeholders, vendors, developers, infrastructure teams, and QA teams.
• Monitor project progress and ensure delivery within scope, budget, and timeline.
• Prepare and maintain project documentation including:
• Project Charter
• Project Plan
• RAID Log
• Status Reports
• Change Requests
• UAT Coordination
• Manage project risks, issues, dependencies, and escalation processes.
• Conduct stakeholder meetings, steering committee updates, and management reporting.
• Ensure compliance with banking regulations, IT governance, audit, and security standards.
• Support SIT, UAT, deployment, and production rollout activities.
• Manage vendor performance and third-party system integration activities.
• Drive Agile, Waterfall, or hybrid project delivery methodologies.
• Ensure proper change management and transition to support teams after project completion.

• Knowledge of BNM regulatory requirements is an advantage.
