We are looking for a proactive and enthusiastic HR Intern to join our Human Resources team. This internship offers hands-on exposure to real HR operations, including recruitment, employee engagement, HR administration, training coordination, and day-to-day people management activities in a professional manufacturing environment.
You will work closely with the HR team to support ongoing HR functions while gaining practical experience and valuable industry knowledge.
Recruitment & Talent Acquisition
- Assist in posting job vacancies on recruitment platforms and social media
- Screen resumes and shortlist suitable candidates
- Coordinate interview arrangements and candidate communication
- Maintain and update recruitment trackers and candidate databases
HR Administration
- Support the preparation of HR documents such as offer letters, memos, and confirmation letters
- Maintain employee records, filing, and HR documentation
- Assist with data entry, scanning, and administrative coordination
Employee Engagement
- Support the planning and coordination of company events and employee activities
- Assist in internal communication and HR announcements
- Help create a positive and engaging workplace environment
Training & Development
- Coordinate training schedules and attendance records
- Assist in preparing training materials and reports
- Support employee learning and development initiatives
General HR Support
- Participate in HR projects such as onboarding improvements and employer branding activities
- Provide support for daily HR operations and ad-hoc assignments as required
