职位描述

任职资格

  • Diploma (or pursuing) in Communications / Language/ Business or related.
  • Strong writing & people skills; solutions-first mindset.
  • Positive, empathetic, professional attitude.
  • Not required to work in shift basis or public holidays.
  • Fluent English (spoken/written).
  • Basic knowledge in Mandarin is a plus.

岗位职责

  • Handle customer inquiries via live chat promptly and professionally (no calls).
  • Troubleshoot issues; work with internal teams to deliver solutions.
  • Explain campaign mechanisms in clear, encouraging language.
  • Process applications & KYC per SOP, PDPA, and client policies.
  • Maintain daily enquiry logs; close out tickets to avoid complaints.
  • Escalate edge cases and follow up until resolved.
