Requirements
- Currently pursuing or recently completed a diploma/degree in Mass Communication, Marketing, Digital Media, Advertising, or related field.
- Basic skills in photo and video editing.
- Ability to design simple, clean visuals (posters, social content).
- Good writing and communication skills.
- Basic skills in Canva, Capcut and/or Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Premiere Pro, After Effects).
- Creative, proactive, and willing to learn.
Responsibilities
- Collaborate with the creative team to develop and implement monthly creative plans that strengthens brand presence across different industries.
- Assist in photo/video shooting (short-form video, prop shooting with occasional acting).
- Brainstorm and research ideas for contents.
- Responsible from conceptualization to final artwork for social contents.
- Build monthly content calendars & proposals with topic suggestions and post concepts.
- Organize content assets, files, and folders for easy team access.
- Collaborate with the creative team on creative concepts and storyboards.
